Commencement Ticket Troubleshooting

Here are some of the reasons you may not be able to obtain tickets for commencement events:

You did not receive your tickets after completing the regalia form

Tickets to commencement events will not be sent out to you automatically.  You will need to login to tickets.mit.edu and select the events you are attending (and previously RSVP'd).

I'm getting the message: "Customer not logged in or tickets currently not available"

Most likely you did not RSVP for commencement events via degreeapp.mit.edu.  Commencement tickets are only available to the events you RSVP'd.  The deadline to RSVP is May 15th, after this date you will need to email records@mit.edu for the Registrars Office to update the RSVP for you.

I'm class of 2020 or 2021 and I don't see any ticket options

Commencement tickets on the adMIT One site are only for the class of 2022.  Please visit the Alumni Association registration page for tickets to the May 28th special ceremony. Tickets for the OneMIT ceremony are not available to the classes of 2020 & 2021.

I cannot login as my MIT credentials are no longer valid as I graduated earlier this year

You will need to contact the IS&T helpdesk to have your MIT email reactivated by emailing servicedesk@mit.edu

For additional assistance please email tickets@mit.edu.
